We have recently arranged fro supplies of Hafod Welsh Organic Cheddar from Holden Farm Dairy near Lampeter. This cheese is made from raw milk from Ayrshire cows. Try it, its unique flavour is delicious!

      Winter vegetables from Crickton farm.
      Local beers from Tomos Watkin
      Local fresh meat including prize winning sausages and burgers from Penclawdd butcher Paul Tucker.
      Traditional bread from Swansea baker T.G.Davies.
      Ice Cream from Joes.
      Gower Salt Marsh lamb from Weobly Castle farm.
      Free range pork from Sommers Lane farm.
      Hen and duck eggs from Delvid Farm and local poultry keepers.
      Honey from Big House and Lagadranta apiaries.
      Summer vegetables, watercress and flowers from Tyle House farm.
      Welsh cheeses and organic dairy products from Caws Cymru.

In addition our Home Baking group provides a regular supply of cakes, scones, bread rolls, savoury bread pasties and fresh filled rolls.
But we must not forget that traditional Welsh duo Cockles and Laverbread supplied from Penclawdd and available in our shop
 

NEW CAKES IN OUR BAKERY
Welsh Cottage Cakes have just added Our Shop to their customer base and are supplying us with traditional Bara Brith and Caer Onnen Farmhouse Fruit loaves. They complement the Welsh Cakes from Pencader Bakery which are very popular with our customers

Every Wednesday our local Fishmonger calls at Our Shop. You can order in advance through Our Shop or buy straight from the van
SPIRIT OF WALES
No not the ghostly type, but Penderyn Welsh Whisky & Gin do have a heavenly taste. Now available in Our Shop with Merlin Cream Liquer
We are expanding our range of Welsh Beers to give the summer visitors an opportunity to sample more of our excellent ales.Felinfoel and Brains beers are now in stock.
 

THE LIGHTHOUSE COFFEE SHOP ~~ SIOP COFFI Y GOLEUDY

Serving tea, coffee and delicious home baked cakes everyday. Our team of Home Bakers provide a daily supply of fresh cakes, scones and the prize winning Gower Cottage Brownies. If you taste is savoury or you want a snack for the walk then try our fresh baked bread rolls, focaccia or herb soda bread and Richards famous pasties. As a special treat you can sit out with your coffee on the Village Green, relax, admire the view and listen to the birds
 

VOLUNTEERS ~~ GWIRFODDOLWYR

Our shop is staffed entirely by volunteers. They are responsible for serving our may customers, cleaning, laundry, ordering, stocking shelves, making tea and coffee and refreshments and helping in the kitchen. Our volunteers are very proud of their shop and love to chat to the visitors and will always give you a warm Welsh welcome. or CROESO as we say locally
